Finance lease facility

The IGF finance lease can be used to fund the acquisition of most new and second hand moveable assets purchased from a supplier, and may also be used to complete a sale and lease back.

It allows SMEs the full use of an asset whilst only paying a fixed monthly rental rather than a capital and interest repayment. This secured loan facility can be adopted independently, or accessed in conjunction with our invoice discounting or factoring services.
