Discounted business rates available now in central Croydon

Up to £1.14m of business rates discounts are available now in central Croydon. The discounts are part of the council’s Business Support Package, which is supported by the Mayor of London and designed to encourage growth and jobs in the New Town area. Discounts up to 65% in the first year and 35% in the second year, are available to small and medium sized businesses taking leases on premises with a rateable value of £25,500 or above.
