Business support services

GLE oneLondon has two enterprise agencies based in south London, one based in Balham and one in Brixton. Through a variety of different contracts, GLE oneLondon is able to provide enterprise support to the residents, entrepreneurs, start-up and growing businesses of the London boroughs of Lambeth, Southwark and Wandsworth.

  The GLE oneLondon Wandsworth Business Advice Service has operated within the borough since 1995, providing business advice to both start ups and existing micro businesses. It is also the delivery agent for the Council's interest free loans and grants to businesses and produces a vacant property list on behalf of the Council. Various SME training courses are also provided under contract to Business Link London.

  In July 2005, GLE oneLondon's Wandsworth Business Advice Service opened a satellite office in Roehampton in order to more effectively engage local residents, to encourage them to either consider self-employment for the first time, or to develop and expand their existing businesses.
