Are you looking to increase the success of your business via telemarketing?

This half day workshop highlights the techniques and motivations in developing a telephone strategy, and how to secure a sale by turning a 'maybe' into a 'yes!'

The workshop will provide you with hints and tips to help increase your confidence when making business development calls to your customers and will explore how to use telemarketing effectively. We will also provide you with an action plan that will help you undertake telemarketing activities.

This workshop is only open to businesses that have been operating for 18 months or longer.
