Run over a day and a half, this free business planning seminar looks at the key areas you need to consider to ensure a successful business, and a concise plan for the future! Day one focuses upon marketing for a small business - concentrating on ways to increase sales through practical marketing strategies. Day two looks at financial planning and will demystify the jargon around business accounting and book keeping, illustrating how to effectively utilise finance.
