The business planning workshops involve a combination of theoretical class work and actually writing your plan with your tutor.
We can offer you one-to-one with an adviser to polish your plan and adapt it to meet the requirements of the important people you need to get on your side.
Run over a day and a half, day one focuses upon marketing for a small business - concentrating on ways to increase sales through practical marketing strategies. Day two looks at financial planning and will demystify the jargon around business accounting and book keeping, illustrating how to effectively utilise finance.
