Evaluation of projects and programmes
End of scheme evaluation – Hammersmith & Fulham SRB
GLE is currently conducting the end of scheme evaluation for the £28m Hammersmith and Fulham SRB programme. The evaluation includes a review of scheme level outputs and objectives, in depth evaluation of six individual projects and case studies of a further four projects, a review of improvements in partnership processes and recommendations on forward strategy.
Pathways to Jobs evaluation
GLE evaluated the City Fringe Pathways to Jobs programme, which is a series of targeted interventions, designed to raise employment levels in disadvantaged areas of inner London. The evaluation included a data review, interviews with project officers, beneficiary focus groups and employer interviews.
ELITE job brokerage evaluation
GLE evaluated this project on behalf of the West Ham and Plaistow New Deal for Communities programme. We considered the effectiveness and added value of the services provided by Elite in supporting unemployed, under-employed and economically inactive residents into work, the contribution made by the project towards the economy outcomes of the NDC ten-year delivery plan, and evaluated the ongoing relevance and attainability of project targets.
The Kilburn URBAN programme
The aim of the URBAN Community Initiative is to target disadvantaged communities and get them involved in designing, developing and implementing solutions to the problems they face. GLE was contracted to assess the effectiveness of the South Kilburn Area Initiative in meeting its strategic objectives and to analyse the impact of the programme in a number of ways including changes in the socio-economic conditions in the Carlton ward, the extent of capacity building and the measurable impact of the programme.
