Interactive toolkits

GLE has designed a range of bespoke interactive toolkits, based on MS Excel or Access, which can be adapted to meet the particular needs of an organisation or funded programme. These user-friendly toolkits are designed to capture a range of data and provide analysis and practical recommendations for action, which can be supplemented with one-to-one consultancy support or a tailored workshop programme.

GLE toolkits include:

Project Exit Strategy

A question-based project assessment to establish potential areas of project progression, with clear guidance on practical next steps, useful websites and contacts and guidance for a detailed exit plan.

Progression areas cover: social enterprise, moving towards self-reliance, mainstreaming, further funding, and project closure.  Available for use by regional development agencies, co-financing organisations, Local Authorities and Local Strategic Partnerships.

Risk Assessment

An interactive toolkit to analyse risks and identify appropriate solutions at a programme level, scoring projects against: programme and project risk, budget and expenditure risk, delivery targets and achievement risk and project management and progress risk.

GLE can adapt our flexible design Dataquery toolkit to fit any programme’s budget and delivery specifications.

GLE will provide a report showing:

GLE toolkits can be adapted to interface with existing programme or project toolkits as required.
