These courses will enable your organisation to achieve sustainable job outcomes. They are ideal for new and experienced employment advisers, job brokers, IAG staff, key workers and support workers.
The NOCN Accredited Level 2 information, advice and guidance course is made up of two mandatory units and three optional units. It can be delivered as one complete course or separate courses.
The NOCN Accredited Level 3 Certificate in Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) with a Job Brokerage Pathway course is made up of five mandatory units and three optional units. It can be delivered as one complete course or separate courses.
How to work with employers is a one day course which looks at how to develop relationships with employers, identify their needs, and source vacancies.
Our Action planning for advisers training will provide you with key tips and practical advice on how to manage caseloads and develop realistic action plans.
How to motivate job seekers? is a one day course which considers a variety of motivational techniques and how to effectively deliver them. The training will also look at coaching tools and action planning.
